Trianing 'Y' cord

The supervisore connects to a spare port on the cord.

The dispatcher controls the call.  When needed, the supervisor can cut take over the call and put the dispatcher in listen only mode.

The Y cord  eliminates the need for supervisors to carry both a jack and headset.
