Plantronics T20

The T20 is identical to the T10 except the T20 comes with two outside line buttons instead of 1. The T20 plugs directly into the phone company RJ11 wall jack just like any home telephone. The headset top is a DuoSet convertible and can be worn over the head or over the ear. The phone provides features such as ringing illunination, last number redial, and call hold.
