The Mirage Voice Tube top is one of the most comfortable headset tops made. The only problem with the Mirage is the noise canceling version. The noise canceling microphone is too heavy and causes the headset to 'flop' on the ear. This is why I only recommend this unit in the voice tube style. Mirage Voice Tube is so lightweight you will not even know its there.
As long as you do not experience a lot of background noise in your office, the H41 will work fine. The product has certainly stood the test of time having been on the market since 1988.
If you are new to headsets and want something lightweight and comfortable, Mirage Voice Tube is the right choice.
