The Plantronics CS70N provides comfort and great sound. The unit includes a selection of earbuds in different sizes. The microphone is noise canceling, which limits the amount of background noise your caller hears. The CS70N works on just about every kind of telephone but if you have Avaya, give us a call so we can recommend the right product. Plantronics makes proprietary products for Avaya phones. An Avaya CS70N may not work on a Nortel or Cisco phone and vise versa. This product uses 1.9ghz DECT frequency. This frequency is significantly different than the older 900mhz or 2.4 ghz WiFi frequencies. DECT is a voice dedicated frequency. No data passes over this frequency so you never pick up interference from other WiFi devices. A voice only frequency also provides more intelligible sound.
